Michel Riesen has worked as a supervisor, coach and consultant to organisations in a variety of sectors since 2001. Mr Riesen’s main interests in his work include the development of the individual and the constructive growth of organisations.
His creative, positive and respectful working method allows him to support his customers’ learning pathways and development. Mr Riesen’s work is characterised by a constructivist and systemic attitude. He incorporates his wide-ranging leadership experience and current role as a manager in a medium-sized company into his consultancy activities on an ongoing basis.
