       Effective  leadership  means clarity with regard to the business model, strategy, structures and processes. It creates clarity for business partners, customers, shareholders and employees. Effective leadership assumes responsibility for one’s own actions – it confronts, motivates and inspires.   
     Effective  structures  support successful business development. They create clarity and certainty in cooperation.         The  corporate vision  creates both a motivating concept that employees can identify with and a necessary guiding framework for staff. It reflects the organisation’s ideal situation in the future. The  mission statement  expresses how the organisation is to be viewed by customers and describes its essential purpose and mandate (intent) vis-à-vis them. In an ideal situation, it leads to customers identifying with the company. Both the vision and the mission are put into operational practice through the  strategy .   
       The  business model  is based on the vision and the mission. It describes the fundamental principle for the following core areas: customer segments, value propositions, channels, customer relations, sources of income, key resources, key activities, key partnerships, cost structure.   
       Effective  partner management  creates awareness of and commitment to both internal and external partners and leads to joint success.   
     The practised and the desired  corporate culture  are congruent. This leads to healthy, satisfied and motivated employees who contribute considerably to the company’s success.  
     Good  Teamleading  masters the balancing act between focusing on tasks and focusing on people. It is clear, appreciative and goal-oriented. Good management sets a model standard.  
          Tasks ,  competences  and  responsibilities  must be congruent with one another. They are clarified among themselves and transparent.   
       Clarified  roles  lay the foundations for making optimum use of the available individual  resources .   
       Good  communication  creates clarity, trust and success.   
     A clear  understanding of leadership  is reflected in a well-founded way, is transparent and is aligned with the organisation. It creates clarity with regard to decision-making, participation and expertise.           Emotions  and  feelings  are specified. They can be used as key indicators for further development.

     The reflective  personality  knows where they come from, where they are at present and what they’re capable of. They have clear visions of where they want to go.
